Pressure of hot gas in galaxy clusters

Our paper about the pressure of hot gas in galaxy clusters is now online: Planelles et al. (2016).

In this paper the radial pressure profiles, the ICM clumping factor and the SZ scaling relations are analysed for a sample of simulated galaxy clusters with different settings (e.g. with and without AGN feedback). In particular, in the AGN-run we are able to distinguish between cool-core and non-cool-core clusters as well as between regular and disturbed systems. We find overall good agreement with observations for the different types of galaxy clusters.
